Diaphragm pump through the diaphragm in the pump chamber reciprocating motion to achieve the suction and discharge of liquid. The specific process is as follows:
 Diaphragm motion : The diaphragm of the diaphragm pump does reciprocating movement in the pump chamber. When the diaphragm moves to one side, the volume in the pump chamber increases, forming a negative pressure, which inhales the liquid .
 Liquid suction : With the movement of the diaphragm, the volume in the pump chamber increases, resulting in negative pressure, so that the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber.
 Liquid discharge : When the diaphragm moves in reverse, the liquid in the pump chamber is compressed and discharged through the outlet. In this way, the diaphragm pump continues to deliver liquid by circulating and reciprocating motion.

1.how to deal when after booster pump installed and the noise is too big?

   The low pressure in front of the pump leads to the noise of the pump, the diaphragm pump adopts the frequency conversion design, such as the set pressure of the pump is 0.7Mpa, and the pump is basically in standby state when the pressure in front of the pump reaches 0.6Mpa. On the contrary, when the pressure in front of the pump is lower than 0.1Mpa, the pump will carry out overload work and increase its noise.

2.Why the inlet pressure is normal, but after the pump pressure is very low?

   If the water flow attenuates significantly, the inlet solenoid valve may be blocked or the pre-filter element may be blocked.
